Community Action Suffolk has launched a fresh, modern redesigned website for its range of IT services which include broadband, IT support, website and email hosting, cloud services and website design.
The new simple navigation improves the customer experience and product ordering on all smart devices including tablets and mobile phones. The design also improves customer service with over 40 new and updated guides/advice pages and an easy to find colour-coded Service Status page.
“We’re always listening to our customers and improving the website has been a priority in improving our delivery of first class, knowledge based one to one IT services.” said Matthew Morling, ICT Manager.
“We want to make all service aspects as simple and clear as possible, whilst providing creative solutions that address individual needs. Our on-going commitment to providing a competitive, high quality service includes a dedicated helpdesk and remote software support. Further improvements to the product ordering system are also in the pipeline, along with new additions to our broadband product range.”
