How to approach full cost recovery and sustainability (22nd and 23rd October)

This session will be delivered online and is a two part course. Participants need to attend both sessions. Tuesday 22nd and Wednesday 23rd October.

The objective of this training session is to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of full cost recovery principles and techniques. By the end of the session, participants should be able to calculate and apply full cost recovery methods to improve financial sustainability for their organisations.

Learning outcomes for participants:

– Comprehensive understanding on the principles of full cost recovery
– An enhanced understanding on how to make organisations more sustainable especially in a challenging landscape
– How to embed full cost recovery principles to organisations strategies and finances

This session is followed by an optional online group session to explore how you have put your learning into practice, date to be confirmed, that can be booked separately. A link to book the follow up session will be sent to attendees of this first session.

Who this training is for:

– VCFSE organisations, leaders including trustees and those with financial responsibilities wanting to understand FCR better and work towards a more sustainable approach to income generation.

We have managed to keep fees for this course to a minimum due to funds received from Suffolk County Council, Covid memorialisation funding.

BURSARY
You may be able to access a small bursary. Funds can be used to help back fill costs for organisations to cover staff time spent undertaking the training. Please note this is administrated by Babergh & Mid Suffolk Council (with funds from Suffolk County Council, Covid memorialisation funding).
