Community Action Suffolk’s Kirkley Centre is a unique business and training venue in Lowestoft, Suffolk. We offer a professional, friendly and flexible space to hold your next meeting, training course, community group or conference.
Situated within walking distance of the train station, town centre and beach front, the centre is disabled friendly, with a portable induction loop which can be used in meetings, all rooms are fully accessible with a lift to the first floor and disabled toilets on each floor.
The Kirkley Centre offers a variety of different sized rooms that can be tailored to meet your needs, from comfortable rooms for small meetings or one to one work to our bright spacious Kirkley Suite that can seat up to 80 delegates. Our facilities include:
Room hire starts from just £25 for a half day, with discounts given to those working in the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector.
We have various offices for lease in our modern fully accessible building as well as desks to rent on an adhoc or regular booking in our hot-desking office.

Our fully equipped training kitchen has space for up to ten people (including trainer) sharing five ovens. Equipment is domestic to enable skills learned to be transferred to the home environment. Any courses booked in our kitchen with a social aim will qualify for the community rate.

Clifton Road Car Park is a large pay and display car park with a rate of £2.80 for the whole day. There is additional parking available on the beach front. The train station is within walking distance of The Kirkley Centre and has direct links to Ipswich, Norwich and London.
