How to Write a Successful Grant Funding Application for Youth Groups (051021)

  Please note that this course will take place online via Zoom. Booking for this course will close on Thursday 30th September at 9am. This training is being subsidised by the Youth Focus project and is available for groups working with young people.   Course content Whether you are applying for a small grant or a multi-million pound grant the principles are the same.  This course covers the background work that is required to start writing grant applications.  These principles can also be used for corporate sponsorship requests and crowdfunding campaigns.  This training session will comprise of a working example of writing a grant application and help participants to understand how grant applications are assessed.  This is an interactive session and is suitable for those who are new to grant application writing and a refresher for experienced grant applicants. Questions you will be able to answer What do I need to do to prepare a good grant application? What priorities should I set when writing a successful grant application? Am I the right person to write a grant application?  Of course you are, everyone is capable of writing a successful grant application.
