Introduction to Business Planning
7th September 2021 @ 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
Please note that this course will be delivered online via Zoom
Bookings for this course will close on Wednesday 1st September at 9am
This course is useful not only for those who need a business plan, but also those feeling overwhelmed at starting or restarting their organisation (particularly after closure due to covid), those dealing with growth, uncertain what to do next or starting a new project or direction.
This session will be delivered online via Zoom.
Our Introduction to Business planning will help you to know the reasons why a plan is important, how to use it and make the most of the work you put into it! Not forgetting the tools and learning to create the content to begin with.
You will be sent some templates in advance of the course to get you thinking about the main content you want to use before Sabrina talks you through how to research and gather the most useful information to pass on to the reader.
By the end of the session
You will have a better understanding of ways to assess what direction you want to take, and then to plan for it – enabling those around you to best support you. You can understand the structure of a plan, know where to find your content, and have a plan to write your plan! All in a little over two hours.
