Michael Phelps qualified in 1986 and is a senior consultant solicitor with Setfords.
He specialises in commercial property and has advised charity trustees in relation to property matters. Michael is based in Lincolnshire, but has clients in Essex, Cambridge, Norfolk, Suffolk and other parts of the country. Alongside his legal work, he is a director of Care Necessities, a company which provides care funding advice and support to Elderly clients and their relatives.
