I am delighted to announce that we have appointed Janice Banks (pictured) as Interim Chief Executive from Wednesday 4 November 2015.
Janice spent two years with ACRE as CEO until earlier this year, and prior to that she was Interim CEO at Surrey Community Action – so she brings huge experience of infrastructure services together with statutory sector and commercial business knowledge.
She will be working intensively over the next few weeks in order to help CAS prepare our way forward for our long-term sustainable future.
I am sure you will join me in welcoming Janice warmly to the voluntary sector community in Suffolk.
Having nearly completed her handover to Janice, Melanie Chew will step down from the CEO role very shortly, prior to joining us on the Board.
