The new CAS Board was appointed on 25 September 2014. It gives me great pleasure to announce the appointment of three new trustees, each bring a wealth of experience which has been gained from long term careers within the non profit sector.
We extend a very warm welcome to:
- Dr Jan Sheldon, Chief Executive of the Royal Association for Deaf People and an existing trustee of CAS Properties Ltd.
- Ian Winslet, Chief Executive of Suffolk Housing
- Graham Watson, Director of The Seckford Foundation and Bursar of Woodbridge School
Three legacy trustees re-applied and were appointed to the new Board. These were Helen Greengrass, John McLeod and John Shaw and we thank them for their continued support and contributions.
The Board meeting was also a time to say farewell to three of our trustees, Chris Briggs, Chris Eames and Gwen Parsons. All have seen CAS through the merger completion and the period of transformation. We are hugely grateful for all that they have contributed during their time on the Board and we wish them well in their future roles. Alex Skailes remains as Chair.
