Webinar delivered using Microsoft Teams. Strong policies and procedures help organisations stay safe, consistent and effective. They support good governance, guide decision-making, reduce risk, and create positive experiences for staff, volunteers and service users.

Whether you’re reviewing existing policies, identifying gaps, or starting from scratch, this practical session will help you develop policies and procedures that work in practice, not just on paper.

Ideal for: Trustees, leaders, managers and staff from voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations.

• How do we write policies and procedures that support a positive, safe and healthy place for staff, volunteers and service users?

Accessibility: This event will be delivered online via Microsoft Teams and will include up to 35 participants, including the trainer. The session will use a PowerPoint presentation and provide opportunities for participation through discussion, and the chat function. Use of a microphone and camera is required unless otherwise stated by the trainer.
