Getting started with Impact measurement and Impact report writing

This session will be delivered via Microsoft Teams.

This is a beginner course suitable for those not familiar with writing reports and data collection.

If you or your organisation has not done any Impact work before then this is the course for you. It covers how to decide what to measure, how to measure it, what to do with the data, case studies and building a report on what you have achieved. We help you through the stumbling blocks of where to start, provide links to the best FREE on-line tools and how to use them. We will cover how to write good case studies and build up an IMPACT report.
