You have just discovered that:

a. A complaint has been received from a member of the public about alleged inappropriate behaviour of a member of staff, and they going to inform the media.

b. There has been an accident at work, someone was hurt because health and safety protocol was ignored, and information has been posted on social media.

c. Funds are unaccountably missing from the organisation’s bank account, and this is about to go public.

The answer to all three situation is to act quickly by activating a media crisis plan. It can protect reputation from even the most malicious accusations, and with it secure a continue productive future.
