Community Action Suffolk is supporting the Be Ready For It campaign, which highlights the need to plan positively for the end of life.
This is often seen as a difficult topic to approach with others, but the aim of the campaign is that planning for end of life planning should be part of all life planning, just as weddings and births, moving house or changing jobs.
It’s important to plan ahead and share with loved ones the positive and personal choices that will make end of life easier for the both the person dying and for those caring for them.

Community Action Suffolk is working with Health East Clinical Commissioning Group, Norfolk and Suffolk Palliative Care Academy and Voluntary Norfolk to promote the campaign in order to increase people’s confidence in discussing end of life and encourage people to plan positively.
