Invitation: Market Engagement Forums – Suffolk County Council Future Home Care Services Market Engagement
As you may be aware, Suffolk County Council are currently reviewing how it will meet the future needs of customers who increasingly want to be supported to stay in their own homes. We are considering how we manage supply, quality and choice of home care and support services (domiciliary care) for the County from Autumn 2019.
Last year, we met with many of our local providers and stakeholders to get views on Home Care Provision and had a great response. Over the last couple of months, we have been reviewing the feedback we received from providers, sector stakeholders and our staff, considering what we’ve heard and developing our next steps.
We are keen to broaden our engagement to any future potential providers of Home Care and Support services. As such we would like to invite you to one of our forums to share feedback, progress and next steps. The sessions will cover:
- Summary of Feedback from 2017 Market Engagement
- Summary of themes arising and proposed next steps
- Introduction of potential model for the provision of Home Care and Support
- Next steps and opportunities for further engagement
During March, we are running sessions across Suffolk for our current providers, sector stakeholders and organisations that have expressed an interest in working with Suffolk on future Home Care Services.
Given the high-level of engagement we’ve had, space is a challenge and therefore we are only able to offer 2 attendees per organisation at this time and need confirmation of attendees in advance. We will confirm your space along with further details of venue and agenda when we have received responses.
