IS IT TIME FOR A NEW HOME?

Community Action Suffolk is fortunate enough to have two great venues in the county, and we’ve now got an opportunity to share a slice of one of those with you.

As well as our Ipswich Brightspace venue, we also have the exceptionally busy ‘community building’ known as The Kirkley Centre, in Lowestoft.

This popular and really conveniently located venue is the home to so many organisations, activities and initiatives.

It is close to the seafront, to the train station, and has ample parking close by.

Not only does it serve as a meeting venue for many commercial businesses and voluntary sector groups, but it also has its own community training kitchen, complete with five ovens.

For those wanting a more permanent ‘office home’, there are occasional opportunities for a business or VCFSE organisation to take up residence.

As luck would have it….such an opportunity has presented itself this month.

One of the centre’s larger offices is now available for rent.

It is situated upstairs in the community building, is available immediately, and is approximately 89sq m.

We’re able to offer the right tenant some very easy ‘in/out’ terms, and you would benefit from the space being complete with an internal office alongside the open-plan space, plus a shared reception.

If this sounds like the sort of space you could benefit from – whether to run a business, take a VCSE organisation to the next level, or host very frequent meetings and training sessions, then the Kirkley team from Community Action Suffolk, would love to hear from you.
