With a number of stakeholders to please, and a lot of rules to comply with, it can be a really challenge for charities and other voluntary organisations to keep their strategy simple enough to actually achieve all their goals with minimal stress and distraction. We will explore ideas and a formula to help pull together a successful internal strategy that will compliment the business plans and work you may have to be doing to obtain funding and satisfy other mandatory requirements for your organisation.
Speaker: Kevin Ward, Conatus Financing & Business Solutions
Kevin Ward is a Director of Conatus Financing Solutions Ltd as well as sitting on or advising the boards of a number of local companies. Kevin’s background was originally in hospitality and banking. He set up in business around nine years ago after 8 years as a Relationship Director at Barclays where he fulfilled a regional role. Conatus is focused on providing it’s clients with financial certainty. This involves helping with the basics, such as bookkeeping, through to consultancy for growth and turnaround and, in addition, sourcing funding for businesses, from an overdraft renewal through to a full crowd funding campaign or equity investment.
