We have a number of training courses taking place in January and early February, these include:
Wednesday 22nd January – Level 2 Health and Safety at Work
A one day accredited course designed to ensure that all employees are aware of their own safety and the safety of customers, contractors and the public. It will give employers the knowledge to provide safe and healthy workplace conditions and employees the correct training in the basics of health and safety. Places cost £55.00 for Community Action Suffolk members and £75.00 for non members.
Tuesday 4th February – Emergency First Aid in the Workplace
A one day accredited course designed to give participants theoretical and practical information and introduce them to the basics of first aid. The course covers many subjects including what to do in an emergency and resuscitation techniques. Places cost £65.00 for Community Action Suffolk members and £90.00 for non members.
Friday 7th February – Level 2 Food Hygiene
A one day course accredited by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) which meets the training requirement needs of food hygiene legislation for food handlers and is suitable for anyone involved in preparing, cooking or serving food. Places cost £55.00 for Community Action Suffolk members and £75.00 for non members.
