Community Action Suffolk (CAS) is carrying out this survey to help shape the future of CAS and the services and support that we offer. Our mission is to strengthen and champion community action in Suffolk by supporting the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector in its work and your experience and thoughts are key to inform our business plan for the next 3 years – in particular what you think we do well, what you think we could improve, and what else we need to do to support you.
The survey will also identify the broader needs of VCSE organisations in Suffolk, building on our State of the Sector Report 2020 and Covid 19 Impact Surveys conducted throughout the pandemic. Inclusive and effective delivery is at the heart of everything we do and we are working with sector partners and other agencies to explore new ways of working and ensure lessons learned in recent times continue to enhance our services. This is your opportunity to have your say and be part of shaping local VCSE infrastructure. We want to ensure that CAS continues to offer services, products and projects to develop, empower and strengthen voluntary organisations and charities in our county.
Anyone involved with or working in the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector in Suffolk is eligible to complete the survey, even if you have not been directly involved with CAS. It should take about 10 minutes to complete.
