Kate has a strong connection to the area where she lives and is passionate about people and the gifts our communities give us.
In her role Kate says, ‘I am privileged to lead a Social Prescribing service working with some great partner organizations. I am motivated to support communities and to work with what we have to create strong resilience and foundations for all residents in our communities’.
