Salary £19,000 to £21,000 per annum
37.5 hours per week based in Ipswich

Community Action Suffolk is the county’s leading infrastructure organisation for the voluntary and community sector has an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and confident individuals to be part of our Community Development department.

Community Action Suffolk a lead local delivery partner in Ipswich and Waveney for Talent Match and will be managing the local delivery of the programme. Talent Match is an innovative project funded by the Big Lottery Fund matching long-term Not in Employment, Education and Training (NEET) young people to employment and training opportunities.

The Advocate’s role is to deliver a personalised and flexible programme to young people (18 to 24 year olds) that will help them progress into employment, education and/or training. You will provide a range of information, advice, guidance and other relevant and appropriate support to help identify and overcome barriers facing young people.

This position requires a DBS disclosure.
