CAS VCSE Safeguarding Network ‘micro-conference’: 3 July 2018

Following on from our first, highly popular and valued, VCSE Safeguarding Network meeting last October we are having our next  free VCSE Safeguarding Network event meeting on 3 July 2018.

Early booking is advisable as places are limited.

This time the networking event is taking the form of a safeguarding ‘micro-conference’ along with networking opportunities. This has proved a highly popular and useful event in the past so please do not miss your opportunity to attend, so book quickly.

We have asked members of the CAS Safeguarding Network what they want to see covered in the workshops and we have included the top 3 they told us about. Each of the workshops has an excellent workshop lead(s) and because we are limiting the numbers who can attend the event each workshop will be for about 10 people. This means you will have the opportunity to ask the workshop leads real life practise based questions about the topics too. You will have the opportunity to attend two workshops at the event. ***Read on to see the full event Programme below***

The event is offered by Community Action Suffolk in partnership with the Suffolk Local Safeguarding Children Board, Suffolk Safeguarding Adults Board and Suffolk County Council. This is an invaluable resource and opportunity please do not miss out.

Who should come along?

The event is especially useful for VCSE Designated Safeguarding Leads and Safeguarding Trustees but is suitable for practitioners.

How do I book?

Places are booked on a first come first served basis. Places are limited to no more than two per organisation.

Click here to go to the main booking page. When you have registered you will receive a link to book the two workshops of your choice shortly afterwards.
