The purpose of this form is collate information about groups that are supporting Ukrainian refugees and/or their hosts or are in the process of setting up a group and want support Ukrainian refugees and/or their host families.
We are mapping where organisations throughout the county are and what they are delivering so that both hosts and guests from Ukraine can find the support that they need and we can identify gaps where there is no provision. As part of this, we would like to share some details on our website: groups name and website, where and when you meet, and the services you offer. (You can opt in or out of this on the form)
We recognise that existing groups are already established themselves and that new groups are evolving. We want to create a network so that we can work together on this community action.
