We offer expert support and guidance to Suffolk’s Voluntary Community, Faith and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) sector.
Whether you are looking for information on how to get started or how to grow we can help. We provide advice and support on setting up, managing and developing your organisation. We can work with you on a 1:1 basis, or get you linked in with local training and events.
Our advice includes getting you fit for funding, forward planning and good governance and our Village Halls and Community Buildings Specialist Officer provides expert advice on all matters to do with the operation and management of community buildings.
The Community Action Suffolk Quality Framework is designed with flexibility in mind so you can choose the level of support and resources that are right for you. It has three options to choose from. Each section acts as a stand-alone resource, however, they are also designed to allow you to progress from one to another. You could start with the HealthCheck which is a self assessment and realise that you would benefit from the examples policies and procedures contained within the HealthCheck Plus and upgrade to that. After that you may decide that you are ready and want to complete the CAS Quality Standard.
