SMALL CHARITY WEEK: 15 – 20 June

RAISING THE PROFILE OF SUFFOLK’S VOLUNTARY SECTOR

Once again Community Action Suffolk celebrated Small Charity Week which took place last week (15th to 20th June).

This year was a little different! … Our campaign continued albeit remotely, virtually and online to help celebrate the essential services and support you continue to offer your communities.

Through the wonders of the Twittersphere & Facebook we sung your praises to firmly put the voluntary sector of Suffolk on the Uk map and received recognition from many of our sector’s National influencers which further reinforced that your work doesn’t go un-noticed and why you are #NeverMoreNeeded.

Our Campaign pulled together a whole host of support services throughout the week – Updated information is found below:

‘Facebook Live’ with Sabrina Ward our Business Support Officer, every Tuesday at 11am. Go to Facebook/communityactionsuffolk to join in.

Key advice and guidance to help you decide what steps your organisation should take in response to the COVID-19 outbreak are on our webpages.

The Community Action Suffolk Health Check remains as an online tool for Trustees and staff to assess the internal processes of their organisation. It will help to determine whether the correct policies and procedures in place, whilst adhering to ‘Best Practice’. Take the Health Check now.
